Services

WeKnowWyo offers three basic service options.

Howdy — Free Initial consultation. We will briefly discuss your travel needs and what service would be best for you.

Scouting — $35/hr, 1 hour minimum (non-refundable). We guide you through planning your own itinerary, offering you suggestions of places to visit, places to stay, routes to take. We do not make any reservations or create a paper itinerary for you, we just help you scout out locations for you to select on your own. If you choose to use us to book your vacation, this fee will be applied to your final payment.

Giddy Up — $125 planning deposit. Based on our conversation, we create 3 custom itineraries for you to choose from that include transportation, lodging options, and activities. These itineraries are good for 30 days, although we cannot guarantee availability or prices will not change as they are often out of our control. This fee is non-refundable. If after the 30 days you have not booked, the deposit becomes a fee for services rendered.

Git Along – $35/hr, 1 hour minimum (non-refundable). Interested in travel outside of Wyoming? We can help with that too! Based on our conversation, we create 3 custom itineraries for you to choose from that include transportation, lodging options and activities. These itineraries are good for 30 days, although we cannot guarantee availability or prices will not change as they are often out of our control. This fee is non-refundable. If after the 30 days you have not booked, the deposit becomes a fee for services rendered. Should you book one of the provided itineraries, there are no additional fees associated with greater domestic or international travel packages

Planning fees

Why do we charge a fee? Because each of our itineraries are customized specifically for you, which means each of these itineraries take time and research to meet your individual needs. Our time is valuable too, and we strive to provide you customized, personal attention worth your investment.
