About

WeKnowWyo is a vacation planning service specializing in customized vacations and unique experiences in Wyoming.

Wyoming is 97, 914 square miles of western hospitality and home to the first National Park (Yellowstone), National Monument (Devils Tower) and National Forest (Shoshone). It is nearly 50% public lands and includes 2 national parks, 8 national forest, 12 state parks, 2 national recreation areas, 25 national historic sites, 2 National wildlife refuges, 2 national monuments, the Windriver Indian Reservation and the Worlds Largest Outdoor Rodeo (Cheyenne Frontier Days)! There is something for everyone in Wyoming and over 33,000 miles of public roads, to get you there.

In 2019, Wyoming welcomed 9.2 million overnight visitors, making tourism the second largest industry in the state! That is a lot of hotel stays, restaurants, campgrounds and people trying to experience what this state has to offer. Instead of being “one of the crowd,” WeKnowWyo helps you create an authentic experience, based on what you want to do, not a guided tour or someone else’s itinerary. We offer tips and tricks to get out of the crowds, handle the weather, and even offer insights on places to visit along the route.

WeKnowWyo is NOT a guide service, or a tour company. We are a vacation planner that works directly with lodging, transportation, guide companies and other services to create your customized experience. We choose to work with multiple companies to find the experience that works best for you. A firm believer in “authentic” travel, we connect you as often as possible with local businesses, guides, and places the locals choose to go.

While specializing in unique Wyoming experiences, we are also here to help with greater domestic and international itineraries. Please inquire for more information.
